Volunteers

Volunteers are valuable resources that provide the Town with the necessary work to operate its Town government. Volunteers provide the Town with:

  • Free labor and professional experience that saves the Town tax dollars;
  • Limits the effects of additional work loads on the existing work force;
  • Provides citizens an opportunity to make valuable contributions to the functioning of their local government.
All Board and Commissions of the Town are comprised of residents who volunteer to serve. If you are interested in serving on any volunteer board, please contact the Mayor at (940) 241-2216 or by email at mayor@coppercanyon-tx.org.

From time to time the Town Council and the Trails Committee Board will host annual cleanups to Town property and the horse trails. Please keep informed of these events by visiting this website or by calling the Town Office at 940-241-2677.
