The Town of Copper Canyon has adopted the Minimum Health Standards

Defendants may view options or pay online, please note any payment made online without prior arrangements, with the Court will result in a Conviction on your Driving Record and may affect your insurance. Once a payment is made online a conviction is added, and closes your citation with a guilty plea. 

The Clerk's office cannot accept or approve any dismissals or requests once payment is made online.  

There is a 3.5% processing fee when using a debit or credit card, which is charged at the clerks office or online.

Municipal Court

Municipal Court is responsible for administering the litigation of Class C Misdemeanor charges brought against citizens within the limits of the Town of Copper Canyon and the collections of fines assessed. The Municipal Court maintains all records of the court, collects fines and fees, set trial dockets, prepares warrants and issues subpeonas.The Court and all court staff shall provide equal and impartial justice under the law and process each case efficiently, without delay, or unnecessary expense. We strive to dispose of cases in a timely manner with prompt and courteous service.

SAFE HARBOR FROM WARRANTS

You will  NOT BE ARRESTED at the Town of Copper Canyon when you come in to make arrangements on Class C warrants. If you have an outstanding warrant, you should contact the Town of Copper Canyon Municipal Court to make arrangements in order to avoid getting arrested.
