Building Inspections
INSPECTION POLICY
After the permit is approved, the contractor must schedule the required inspections. To request an inspection, please email permitting@coppercanyontx.com. All inspection requests must be made through the town office. Inspections MAY NOT be scheduled directly with the building inspector. Requests for inspections that are requested before 12pm will be scheduled for the same day if possible, or the next day if necessary. Inspection requests emailed after 12pm will be scheduled for the next day unless the inspector is in the area, and within 2 business days at most. Inspections that do not meet the requirements will be issued a red tag and a re-inspection fee of $75 will be required. A green tag left at the construction site indicates approval.
