On-Site Sewage Facility (OSSF)

In the Town of Copper Canyon, only a Professional Engineer or Registered Sanitarian can conduct Site Evaluations

The Owner/Owner's Agent shall submit the following supporting documentation (fully completed, dates, signed, and sealed per 30 TAC 285):

1. Town OSSF Application 

2. Affidavit (when applicable)

3. 2 Year Service Agreement (when Applicable) 

4. Site Evaluation 

5. Design

• Septic Permit Application
